Are u sick ppl? She is going to be an adult soon so it is normal that she wants to act like one! And Katy Perry youre not the one to talk about Mileys '' too sexy'' outfits ok? Listen to YOUR own song '' Peacock'' and then talk! And people who think that 12-year old girls are spoiled by watching her videos, well my dear idiots think again because they are also watching Beyonce and Lady GaGa...
